Loosen our grasp on that to which we cling,
that we might open our hands to receive your free gift.
Give us the courage to cling to you alone,
that we might abide in you and you in us.Lord of Love,
deepen our capacity to love without counting the cost,
to be willing to lay down our lives for those you love.
Enable us to wear the mantle of being chosen with humility and grace,
to ask for your will to be done in all things.
Lord of All,
make our joy complete as we walk the Way of love,
spending all you have given with Abandon.
